Chandanpreet Kaur is a Counseling Psychologist and has completed her Master’s in Clinical Psychology. She is passionate about working with children and young adults together with their families to improve mental health outcomes. During her Master’s degree, Chandanpreet has gained experience working with a range of mental health difficulties including adjustment disorders, learning disabilities, anxiety, and behavioral issues. She also has an interest in assisting clients with relationship concerns, school/workplace issues, career support, and adjustment issues such as moving home, changing jobs, and leaving school. Chandanpreet is skilled in providing brief and long-term evidence-based therapeutic interventions and conducting group therapy sessions. She is ardent about providing a safe and nurturing environment for clients to build insight and develop the skills required to achieve their therapeutic goals and she prefers to work with short term goals and help clients with symptom reduction or support clients long term
